Activities for improving the welfare, life, quality of life and culture of youth and residents of the land of Israel, including national priority areas and peripheral settlements, by operating a rural student framework that will participate in volunteer, educational, values-based, social and community activities in formal and non-formal education, establishing and operating a core team framework that will work to empower the receiving community and contribute to society and the community among residents of the receiving local authority or in the neighborhood where the core operates in topics of settlement, agriculture, culture, welfare, employment, immigrant absorption, society and community bonds, strengthening ties with Jewish diaspora communities.
