Financial support and assistance in housing and food for soldiers, writing and bringing Torah scrolls to IDF bases, distributing phylacteries to soldiers and encouraging soldiers to wear phylacteries, strengthening Israeli citizens' and IDF supporters' identification and support with the IDF and its soldiers in the diaspora, focusing on the areas of welfare, assistance, education, religious needs, sports and culture for soldiers, initiating and encouraging volunteering among Israeli citizens and Jewish communities in the diaspora for activities to achieve the organization's goals, establishing and managing a soldiers' home.
