Establishing and operating a Torah community center, synagogue, including kollel scholars, daycare facilities and kindergartens, school and yeshiva, cultural center for Jewish music and transmission of Jewish culture to the nation through Torah classes, seminars and conferences, publishing journals and Torah books, establishing and operating settlement nuclei that will work for the community and for consolidating settlement, training rabbis and leaders for this purpose, assisting nonprofits operating in these fields, transmitting Jewish and general history to youth through visits to heritage sites, lectures and seminars, producing content on Holocaust and Jewish history topics, establishing and operating support centers for disadvantaged populations including assistance in professional training and job placement, financial support, food basket distribution, operating a soup kitchen, discounted sales, assistance to the sick and their families through medical advice and lending of medical equipment, support and care for at-risk youth and youth from low socioeconomic backgrounds through mentorship management and guidance, funding emotional therapies, operating a rehabilitation facility, recreational activities, enrichment clubs
