National Organization for Prevention of Vehicle Theft

The unit will operate employees and volunteers with organizational vehicles or private vehicles and in every possible way to prevent vehicle theft and burglary and will conduct legal action against thieves and their principals; concurrently the organization will assist victims of criminal acts in every legal and economic way; conducting rescue and salvage operations; assistance for the needy, widows and widowers, orphans, distribution of Passover and holiday provisions; the organization will engage in cooperation with security and rescue forces and with entities and individuals engaged in goals similar to the organization's goals
