Creating awareness about the serious damages resulting from the extortion phenomenon in the Upper Galilee region in particular and throughout the country in general, promoting legislation aimed at eliminating the extortion phenomenon, financial compensation for extortion victims and insurance coverage for extortion victims at accepted rates and conditions, operating volunteers within activities aimed at reducing threats to the personal security and property of Upper Galilee residents, within activities coordinated with law enforcement authorities, taking action to support businesses harmed as a result of refusing to pay protection money, taking all legal steps that will advance the goal of eliminating the extortion phenomenon
