Promotion of youth education through establishment of youth movement branches, spiritual and material assistance to the youth movement, organization of seminars, study days, workshops and activities, writing appropriate literature and more, to instill and impart to youth members, counselors and instructors the values of love of Israel, love of Torah, and sanctification of God's name. "Torah and livelihood" from the outset together with the performance of commandments with devotion and social responsibility for the sanctification of God's name in the ways of Torah.
