Haira’s Overarching Goal is to advance and develop vibrant and sustainable public spaces. It achieves this by implementing innovative practices in the public spaces' physical, organizational. Haira specializes in initiating and managing projects in strategic city spaces to improve the residents' quality of life, natural environments, and urban spaces. 1. Haira draws inspiration from various content worlds and bridges the gap between theory and practice to create an innovative language for urban intervention. Haira does so through two synergistic approaches: o Conducting a long-term strategic project for public space rejuvenation by rehabilitating the natural layer to become a vital infrastructure for the city’s development and construction. The project involves collaborative data analysis, studying the public space, and constructing an ideological, organizational, and physical framework for the project’s realization. o Conducting local projects and tactical actions: Engaging in learning-by- doing to prove feasibility, test usability and the ability to respond to needs, and build trust between the community and the authority. 2. Haira expands the projects’ financing infrastructure through calls for proposals and 3. collaborations, thereby increasing the resource pool, adding perspectives, and ensuring the projects’ sustainability.
