To establish and manage a yeshiva with scholars and a school of Judaism for youth and to distribute scholarships to yeshiva scholars, organization of Torah lessons and dissemination of Judaism, Passover flour, assistance for Torah students, for the needy, for families blessed with children, in money and equivalent value, commemoration and elevation of the souls of Israel's deceased, through recitation of Kaddish, Psalms, and reading of Mishnah, the organization will work to promote its objectives directly or with the assistance of organizations working toward these objectives
