Promoting young people on the autism spectrum who are suitable for regular security service; establishment of preparatory programs and workshops for young people and their parents from grades 9-12 in preparation for enlistment in cooperation with the education system and preparing them for the first order and pre-enlistment screening; support for creating a customized framework in cooperation with the IDF including occupational, emotional and social accompaniment, creating indicators for successful integration, supporting and training units and commanders, consulting and guiding authorities in implementing adaptations in screening processes, service and continuing avenues in the IDF – regular, career or reserves; establishment of a center in cooperation with the IDF with professionals in the field of autism to support and guide IDF bodies and families of those enlisting and conducting research to determine program success and directions for improvement; activities with legal bodies in the IDF and the state, public representatives and governmental and non-governmental bodies to adapt state laws (Security Service Law, Equal Employment Opportunities Law, Investigation Procedures Law) so that compulsory service is recognized for people with disabilities in general and people on the autism spectrum in particular and adaptations are made according to the nature of the disability; activities with enforcement and legal counsel bodies in the IDF to create a legal framework that protects soldiers from discrimination and judgment that does not match the clinical diagnosis; activities with the army in establishing the status of the professional support system before and during service while fixing the legal and normative status of special integration mentors, locating and training them
