Establishing and operating religious and educational institutions, kindergartens, Torah schools, yeshivas, kollelim for married scholars, boarding schools and day care facilities, schools and seminaries for girls, establishing and operating community centers and charitable institutions, supporting orphans and widows, needy families, large families, families of Torah scholars, and families with disabilities through fixed monthly or one-time support, establishing a fundraising structure in Israel and abroad and supporting other institutions and those with obligations, organizations and individuals, and serving as a global charity center, and provision of medical support and healthcare needs
