Perpetuating the heritage, values, courage and memory of Captain Harel Sharbat of blessed memory throughout the country and establishing the 'Harel Center for Israeli Courage', perpetuating values of courage, redemption, love of the land, love of Israel, self-sacrifice, strength and Jewish identity, connection to the eternal roots of the people of Israel and more, operating a school for identity and consciousness, guidance and educational activities for children, youth and adults, and operating courses and educational workshops - to conduct youth and children's guidance including workshops and non-formal activities of clubs, performances and community meetings for empowerment and transfer of educational content as well as workshops and meetings for parents and adults in areas of Jewish identity, empowerment, courage, love of the land and Jewish identity, operating a hiking school and guidance for education and connection to the development of the land, establishing and operating a study hall for studying and teaching Torah, heritage and courage, operating a creative studio for producing value and consciousness content - films, books, theater and more, development and promotion of settlement throughout Israel and operation of a volunteer framework in agriculture - to work to encourage volunteering in developing settlement and agriculture by increasing awareness of settling the land and development of northern areas as well as support for farmers and settlements to strengthen settlement, encouraging and strengthening the spirit of volunteerism and courage for meaningful service and command in the IDF, and significant contribution to the community and state and provision of scholarships, promotion of volunteer, cultural and social projects, contribution to the community, youth promotion and support for those in need, assistance for initiatives related to perpetuating and strengthening the heritage and courage of Harel and disseminating them
