1. Promoting pride and tolerance in local authorities throughout the country and developing local LGBTQ+ communities, 2. Promoting and developing the profession of municipal LGBTQ+ community management and supporting LGBTQ+ community managers in local authorities, their representation to local authorities and to business, municipal, and government entities, 3. Providing and adapting all answers, information, and public services of local government to the LGBTQ+ community, providing social, welfare, cultural, educational, spiritual, and civil benefits to LGBTQ+ populations and their families and close surroundings, 4. Promoting relevant policies for the LGBTQ+ community in local government against government bodies and civil society, 5. To advance and nurture the LGBTQ+ community and increase public and private investment in services for LGBTQ+ and their close surroundings, including through resource development in Israel and abroad
