Encouraging and providing opportunities for as many female and male breast cancer survivors from all communities, sectors, and religions in Israel to integrate and benefit from the sport of dragon boat rowing, in order to strengthen and recover physically and psychologically, establishing, increasing, and strengthening the number of rowing groups in Israel in which breast cancer survivors participate, raising public awareness of early detection of breast cancer through the groups' activities in public awareness events such as competitions, study days, ceremonies, empowering women who have had breast cancer in Israel through establishing active social support groups in the field of water sports
