Operating cultural and leisure activities in various forms, enrichment and language learning to create a more contributing and understanding environment. Art and music clubs and leisure activities for people with daily difficulties or seniors, emotional and psychological treatments, at-risk youth activities will be part of activities in study halls through informal educational activities for children and youth and identification of at-risk youth, and leisure programs for at-risk youth to draw them back into frameworks, publishing, promotion of religious matters: educational institutions, support including kollel scholars and study hall.
