Establishment and maintenance of a synagogue and study hall, including a kollel and evening kollel in Bat Yam, couples counseling and guidance, family harmony and guidance for grooms, working with struggling youth, rescue and rehabilitation of people in crime distress, providing assistance to needy families for Saturdays and holidays, publishing books and research in Jewish law, Torah lessons, yeshiva for those deepening their faith in spreading Judaism.
