An egalitarian Jewish-Israeli community operating in Givatayim and Ramat Gan to promote the following: cultivating pluralist Jewish identity and values, celebrating Shabbat, holidays and festivals, establishing and operating a prayer house, studying and examining Israeli and Jewish traditions and the Jewish literary heritage, holding cultural events, education and learning and creating urban and other partnerships; celebrating holidays in the spirit of progressive Judaism (reading the Megillah and costume parties on Purim, lighting candles on Hanukkah, Shavuot night prayer study and the like); studying Jewish and Israeli culture through meetings with artists, public figures and cultural leaders; possible activities related to the association's goals including volunteer assistance for those in need, initiatives for environmental quality improvement including community gardens and more; such activities may be conducted in cooperation with relevant local authorities; pursuing mutual community responsibility with gender equality and respect between people, contributing to individuals and communities in need, social engagement and pursuit of social and civil justice and preserving sustainability and environmental quality, conducting life-cycle rituals, establishing a core mission group
