Encouraging immigration and absorption of Jews from the diaspora, enriching the public on topics of Judaism and love of Israel throughout the country and abroad and distributing scholarships and prizes to successful students, consulting on matters of marriage, divorce, children and more, establishing a free-loan society and mutual aid, training young leaders, a framework for treating at-risk youth and struggling youth and enriching them through learning sports, arts and other beneficial ways including things beneficial to the public such as: cultivating and providing access to green spaces and streams for the public; for the purpose of carrying out the association's goals, the association's manager will work himself or through others to raise donations and establish funds to finance each of the association's goals
