At-risk youth activities, assistance and mentoring for families affected by terrorism, counseling and assistance for family problems, establishing and managing educational institutions for boys and girls—elementary schools, junior high schools, secondary schools, Torah-based schools, vocational schools, high schools, assistance for needy families, orphans, widows and single-parent families, assisting through support and donations to other organizations engaged in one of the following fields: Torah, prayer, charity, mutual aid, emotional support and assistance for at-risk youth, assistance for families in distress, a kollel for married scholars, training programs to provide support for mentoring at-risk youth, support for organizations with goals identical to those of the registry
