Identifying and presenting nonprofit organizations operating efficiently in their fields in one of the following public goals: religion, society, education, science, health, settlement, welfare, culture or sports, as well as other goals approved by the Minister of Finance as public goals, to a potential donor audience through an advanced platform, assisting and contributing through the nonprofit to the aforementioned organizations and specific goals in the fields mentioned, encouraging and educating a culture of giving, philanthropy and donations among the general public for the aforementioned organizations, encouraging the establishment of and supporting activities of such organizations, promoting acts of charity for the welfare of citizens in economic or social distress, assisting needy families through food baskets and/or distribution of scholarships according to equitable criteria to be published
