Operating assistance and charity operations including providing charity; to work as stated also for the rehabilitation of prisoners and their families, including operating a Torah study framework, to encourage volunteering among the people, to support and encourage those doing work for the public, its security and welfare, to conduct with all of the above activities of Jewish culture, to work for the transmission of Jewish values regarding the integrity of Torah, the Jewish people and the Land; to disseminate the values of morality and justice according to Jewish law, including the seven Noahide laws, and to prepare the people for the coming of Messiah in the true and complete redemption, to implement and disseminate the ideas of Chabad Hasidism according to the teachings and instructions of Chabad rebbes in general, and the Rebbe, the leader of our generation in particular, to work to deepen the study of Chabad Hasidic Torah and Jewish law in general, its values and commandments and their transmission to the general public, including children and youth and to maintain study frameworks for them, including clubs, camps and summer projects of all kinds, to assist the public in fulfilling Torah commandments and Hasidic customs, to work to bring hearts closer, unite the people, ensure public welfare, peace and security, spiritual absorption of new immigrants, to assist and encourage the needy in all their forms including: the sick, the elderly, new immigrants, bereaved families, victims of terrorism and all those in need of help and encouragement
