To manage a global organization of ultra-Orthodox synagogues and Jewish communities, headquartered in Jerusalem, to establish, found, organize, strengthen, encourage, assist and support ultra-Orthodox synagogues in Israel and the diaspora, to strengthen the connection between ultra-Orthodox synagogues and Jewish communities in Israel and the diaspora, including through congresses, activities, meetings, guidance and distribution of study materials and specialized materials, to work to promote the relationship with Jewish communities and synagogues in the diaspora, through organizational, educational, digital and philanthropic tools, to encourage and assist in the process of immigration to Israel, including providing support to Jewish communities in the diaspora and new immigrants
