To establish and operate a primary educational institution combining religious and secular studies; to establish and operate a training program for studying religious subjects for adults; to provide scholarships and support for students and their families, according to equal criteria to be published to the general public; to initiate activities toward Jewish youth in the diaspora, to encourage immigration in general, and to study and deepen Jewish identity in the Land of Israel
