The association believes that Torah is the foundation upon which the existence of the people and the state rests, and that immigration to Israel is one of the great missions of the nation as a whole and of the individual in particular, and therefore has set for itself the following goals:
a. Strengthening and expanding connections between Israel and the Diaspora.
