The organization is established with the aim of fostering and advancing the Zionist ideas (from the religious-national perspective) of Rabbi Yitzchak Nissenbaum (of blessed memory). To this end, the organization will strive to:
a. Publish and assist in disseminating the writings of Rabbi Nissenbaum as a symbol and example for the people, renewing their youth in their historical homeland
b. Conduct and develop research activities in connection with the ideas of Rabbi Nissenbaum
c. Support courses, seminars, and study days organized by various bodies for the purpose of deepening and exploring Rabbi Nissenbaum's worldview and ideas
d. Encourage writers who have taken to developing the ideas of Rabbi Nissenbaum
