a. To provide loans to the needy in the form of a charitable fund.
b. To establish and set up Torah and other institutions and projects that will perpetuate the name of the late Simcha Polda.
c. To initiate, establish, and manage funds for the purpose of implementing and achieving the organization's objectives.
