A. To establish, maintain, manage and develop kollels for married scholars, yeshivas, academies in development towns and to work for the dissemination of Torah and education in development towns and villages. B. To address peripheral and disconnected youth and establish educational frameworks to support existing frameworks, employ counselors and advisors on volunteer and paid basis to address youth in distress.
