A. Providing food items, vegetables, fruits, clothing, other products and all other assistance through consumer networks to be established for this purpose to large families with children or needy families at minimal prices or at no cost as determined by the board, and to assist needy families for holidays.
B. To assist needy individuals through financial assistance or establishing a free-loan society that provides interest-free loans for housing, marriage or any other purpose for the needs of the aforementioned families
