B. Acquisition of real estate and/or buildings and establishment of buildings for the needs of a synagogue and yeshiva for Torah study.
C. Organizing fundraising campaigns and receiving donations for the establishment of a synagogue and yeshiva for Torah study, their maintenance and management, as well as collecting funds for charitable purposes and support for the needy and underprivileged.
