To create a broad popular movement of volunteers who will act from spiritual and pioneering awakening to unite our people of all its communities, exiles and classes, especially through their economic, educational, cultural and social advancement, so that the merging of exiles, classes and communities from East and West will be a foundation for creating a renewed culture and shared values for a covenant of peace and brotherhood for all of Israel.
