a. To care for, help, and assist those engaged in Torah study and religious studies in Ashdod.
b. To establish, organize, and manage institutions for Torah study and religious studies in Ashdod.
c. To promote awareness of religious studies in Ashdod.
d. To organize social activities of association members.
e. To organize, establish, and manage a credit union or charitable fund to provide loans or acts of charity to those of limited means engaged in religious studies and to support them.
