To organize as a cultural association and compete in all branches of sports in which competitions are held without any political or religious inclination, and for this purpose:
a. To purchase, rent, and hold land, buildings, and structures.
b. To enter into contracts, agreements, and commitments.
c. To sign documents and take other lawful actions for the purpose of achieving the association's objectives.
