To organize and foster community life and civic life in Eilat, engage residents in joint activities for the benefit of the public, encourage mutual assistance and understanding among residents, foster the connection between the individual and the community and city. c. To encourage, develop, and foster craft workshops, sports, handicraft, and leisure activities, establish facilities, workshops, and laboratories necessary for this, operate and manage these facilities.
