A. To spread Torah of Israel, Jewish religion, ancient Jewish tradition and reverence of God among all sectors of the population. B. To organize and establish Torah study in a yeshiva-style format for the general public. C. To organize Torah and Judaism study groups in synagogues and neighborhoods, as rabbis and yeshiva heads wish. D. To encourage and support, organize and establish Torah institutions for the people that the Rebbe of Pittsburgh has initiated. Additional goals are detailed in the organization's bylaws
