Dedication for Jewish Institutions in Belgium

a. To assist and support the institutions of the Jewish community in the Kingdom of Belgium in general, and in the city of Antwerp in particular, out of concern for the welfare of Jews there; b. To implement this purpose, the trustees may: (b.1) distribute support by transferring funds to nonprofit institutions recognized in Belgium that operate in accordance with the purpose of the endowment. (b.2) distribute support indirectly through the trustees to institutions whose purposes are in accordance with the purposes of the endowment, subject to the endowment deed
