To operate the synagogue and yeshiva at 8 Nabon Street in Jerusalem, to act in any way that would help to improve and enhance the structure of the synagogue, to increase the number of worshippers in the synagogue, to enable Torah study within the framework of the synagogue, subject to the court's decision
