Representation of association members in all matters concerning them before the administration of the Beit Berl Academic College. The association will work to promote its members in academic, social, and welfare areas. To achieve these goals, the association is authorized to: purchase, sell, rent, hold, and manage in any lawful manner property of any kind necessary for the association; enter into contracts of any kind and sign them, sign checks, promissory notes, or any other commitment; collect membership fees and various payments for its activities and receive donations and allocations from government institutions, private institutions, and individuals; establish funds and raise money for them, publish newspapers, newsletters, and any type of publications; establish a body/company/economic entity for the student association; employ workers (giving priority to students from Beit Berl Academic College)
