Establishing, maintaining and managing an education and family center that includes counseling and guidance for families on matters of education and marriage, tutoring classes for children and advancing students, granting scholarships to married scholars studying with children, establishing and operating a Torah library and assisting in publishing books, operating a community called Our Life with a prayer quorum of married scholars, including Torah classes, activities for adults and children, assistance and guidance in learning Torah and Hasidic teachings and providing charity and kindness to needy community members, establishing, maintaining and managing a kollel for married scholars in the city of Lod, granting scholarships to married scholars studying in the kollel, establishing, operating and managing a Torah yeshiva, including a yeshiva for youth, in a full or partial boarding framework, organizing and providing ancillary services to yeshiva students, including: lodging, meals, learning and personal equipment, social and emotional assistance, educational activities, classes, counseling and guidance, granting scholarships and financial assistance to needy students studying in the yeshiva framework
